Reggie Dupre, Jr. was appointed the Executive Director of the Terrebonne Levee & Conservation District on July 1, 2009. Mr.
Dupre brings years of legislative experience to the District as a former Louisiana State Senator. His immense and diverse
knowledge of south Louisiana is extensive and will serve the District well in this capacity. Mr. Dupre is familiar with
Terrebonne Parish's unique hydrology and vulnerabilities from flooding. He has had years of experience dealing with the Army
Corps of Engineers, and has established a communication network with all facets of government that will benefit the District.
Mr. Dupre will lead the District's efforts to build and implement a comprehensive hurricane protection system and coastal
restoration projects for the long term survival of Terrebonne Parish.
